When it comes to music I'm always in search of variety. I love classic rock, pop, dance, classics, etc. I'm a girl who likes variety. As one who really discovered music when all the Britney and Christina clones emereged, I turned to focus on classic rock. Now that I'm older I'm starting to focus on the up and coming talents.

I had been following American Idol for a while and had only watched Season 3, Season 5, and Season 7 in their entirety. So along comes Season 8 and they're going through the auditions and it's like, ok, ok, ok and then along comes Adam. Holy Christmas! Right away my attention was captured and I just knew, I thought "please let this guy make it through the show, he's so fresh and cool". His voice is so versatile and strong, and plus I love the glam!!!

I had never followed AI so much, voting so furiously before. Every performance that Adam gave was a showstopper. 5/20/09 I was crossing my fingers the whole show and even in the end Adam was a winner in my book.

Since then, I've been watching/reading interviews he does and I think he's down-to-earth, and level headed in an industry that can go out of control sometimes. Plus especially with the Rolling Stone interview and smoking hot cover....he's not afraid to be himself, or shove it in your face. As a member of the GLBT community....it's refreshing to see a young man so confident in who he is. Plus he kind of gives me a spark of confidence too.

I anticipate the release of For Your Entertainment and can't wait to see what he does next.
