That "distracting" piece of clothing you are referring to is a S&M style cod piece. The photo right after it with all the glitter is also from the same outfit, we all know Adam has his little naughty side, and that outfit is one of those expressions of it. It's studded because its S&M/Bondage style, and quite frankly, the man is BEAUTIFUL!!!!
