Thank you so much for finally making it available.

Can I just say though, that it would be nice to be told the shipping cost BEFORE you complete the purchase. I nearly fainted when I got the confirmation mail with a shipping cost of 52 $, To Denmark. Seriously? So in total it comes to 92 $.... UHH

If there had been some kind of calculation telling me this before I confirmed the sale, I will readily admit that I wouldn't have bought it. I hope this is not the reason you are not posting it, because that's - well, a bit sneaky, u know?weiterlesen »

We are getting quite desperate to throw money your way, you know? Can you say anything about which countries it will be available in? I soo hope Denmark is on your list. Otherwise I will break down in tears, I swear...

We really appreciate that you will make the collector's edition available to international fans. We are all waiting with great anticipation. Could you give us an update on how it is going? And please please make it available in the Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland). Adam has many many fans there.
