I was actually looking forward to Adam's first single (after the movie single) with a certain amount of trepidation. I love everything Adam has done to date, but would I love the new stuff? I must admit I grew up in the 60's/70's so part of his appeal on Idol was that he could take that and make it "now" with his renditions! I kept reading things that said it would have synthesizers and spacey effects and I was afraid I might not like it.

I should have trusted your instincts, Adam. I LOVED "For Your Entertainment". The lyrics are naughty, it's danceable, listenable and just plain HOT! It has the type of appeal that Prince had when he began his career, combined with your Elvis-type good looks.

So now you have this awesome power ballad out, combined with this killer single...there's only one way for you to go, Adam. Up...up...up!!! Go you!
