Ok the concert at Arco was amazing!!!!! It was my first concert and I am so happy that my fave singer was in it!!!! There were so more Adam fans in the building, every time they put his pic on the big TVs practically everyone screamed. before they opened the door everyone was waiting outside in a line and there was this super cute little kid I’m guessing he was probably 3 or 4 years old and his mom said he sees about 20 Adam vids a day and he was wearing this shirt that said "Adam’s #1 fan" and I asked him his name and he was like "Adam is awesome" (at that point I just wanted to squeeze him he was so cute ) I told myself when I saw Adam I would try to keep calm, but that did not happen When he came out I thought it was perfect he started with "whole lotta love", amazing. I loved when he sang "starlight" at the concert and on GMA, beautiful. "Mad World" was just wow, it made me remember when he first sang it and then Simon cowel gave him a standing ovation and I was jumping up and down in my living room and now instead of seeing him on TV he is there in the same building as me singing like an angle and I was melted in my seat by his performance but then got up at the end and gave him a standing ovation. I loved "slow ride" awesome performance. And the David Bowie medley was amazing! And when he took his jacket off well me and most of the audience went crazy. I was on my feet through his whole performance and I also noticed that most of the audience was as well and then Adam left and they all sat down The whole concert was amazing having my first concert include my fave singer was great and now I cannot wait till Adams solo tour!!!!!
I know this is an old posting... but, I went to the concert at Arco - there was probably over 12,000 people... 10,000 was there for Adam and everytime his picture came on the screen.. the crowd went wild! I had made fans (the with Adam's picture (copied from the puter), ordered my canvas bag with Adam's eyes "Adam Lambert is my Idol" (from Cafe Express), pins, etc. My daughter took me and it was a blast even tho' we were in the "nose bleed" section. Just the idea of being in the same building with Adam, who is the upcoming "SUPER STAR" in the music industry. A=wesome, D=elightful, A=mazing, M=agnetic singing voice... the best that American Idol contestant ever!!! It is like all the concerts was totally Adam - he captivated the audience with his singing and dancing and drove all his fans in a frenzy!! New song from 2012 movie is coming and his new cd (I already preordered from Amazon) is to come out on 11/24/09. This young man is going to be very busy & rich because he is going to be in great demand here in the U.S. and all over the world!!! ADAM LAMBERT ROCKS!
If you didn't make it to the show last night, you missed. Adam was totally AWESOME!!! He made all the other idols look like amatuers, especially Kris. There is no comparison. I went and got tickets yesterday before the show and I was lucky enough to get 2nd Row seats in the pod beside the stage. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!
We were there to meet the buses and Michael and Matt came out to greet the fans. They were so nice and the stayed until every autograph and every picture had been taken. Kris came out later and meet about half of the fans and then they were all rushed back into the Arena. None of the rest of them came out to meet the fans.
The show was incredible.
After the show I meet some great Adam fans and we went with them to the after show meet and great. Needless to say we were turned away (No Triangle Badge). However when they came out they brought me a terrific poster that Adam had signed. I was over-the-top happy. Thanks again to them!
Didn't get home until after midnight. No voice this morning and lots of good memories!
hey everybody, remember to bring blue glowsticks to the show so you can glow for adam! and, if possible, bring extras to give to other glamberts who dont have any. thx!
Yay ! I can't wait to see Adam ! He is so amazing ! I'm hoping to meet him. That would be a dream come true. I'm so happy July 10th is almost here. I love you Adam !!!
Got my tickets for Sacramento, but since Adam will be up here in northern CA Bay area for the following two nights as well, (Oakland and San Jose) I may just have to spend that entire weekend in full Glambert mode. Anyone else out there got the same idea?
driving 5 hrs to see adam in sacramento....cant wait to see the rock god in action, wonder what songs he will sing. less then a month, cant sleep just thinking about it.

I was so excited to find out the American Idol tour was coming to Sacremento which is like 30 minutes away from where I live. And the fact that it was my birthday I thought it was meant to be that I go to the concert. But I found out I'm flying out to Hawaii that very day . Yes I'm thrilled about Hawaii but I'm dying to see Adam live and it would have been the best birthday ever Maybe if I'm lucky I will see him at the airport

Little over 5 weeks. Ooooh I can't wait. I bought 2 tickets and was going to go with hubby but he gave up his ticket for my sister who is a huge Adam fan as well. We are going before the show in hopes of meeting Adam and some of the others as well. If anyone is planning on meeting up let me know. I think it would be great to meet up with fellow Adam lovers.
I'm so happy I was able to get tickets!! I live near LA but when he is in that area I'll be on vacation so I'm going to drive up and see the show here!!! And then make it back in time for vacation!! It all works out and it will all so be worth it when I see Adam!!

I am excited too! My husband 18 year old son and his friend are all going. They really like Adam but I am alittle more like obsessive. Really to old for this but enjoyin the joy of the exzcitement about an entertainer. Just got to love his talent and love of what he does. I would love to meet. Clearly almost every fan was there for ADAM in Sacramento last night, he was amazing and will be worldwide like Elvis!
I won't be able to make it.
