I thought the whole show was nice. Like Danny and he was good.
BUT.... Adam was great. I was also indifferent about the Starlight song. But when he sang "woman" in Whole lotta love--that was the start. I was so happy. And when he took his coat off, showed those great arms and did his hip moves. OMG. I think every woman in the place couldn't take their eyes off him. Lots of men too. I am an Adam fanatic and I was not disappointed. My dream would be to meet him. Sure wish I could have gotten his autograph or handshake or hug. How do you make that happen? Right now I just get by with alot of Adam stuff. T-shirts, pictures, and even a clock!
Can not wait for his album and solo tours. Sure would like him to do Washington County fair next year like David Cook did this year!!
Adam is the best and will not be forgotten anytime soon. Adam--you rock!!!
After having seen Adam in Central Park on GMA, I was completely excited to see him in the AI tour. Didn't care much about seeing any of the rest, though a few had some standout moments:
Matt Giraud really surprised me, and he rocked the house on So Hard to Handle (or whatever it's called!)
Allison was very energetic, though it was difficult to hear her, and she seemed to being having ear monitor issues, and was hitting off key notes.
Danny has great warmth when he talks to the audience, and he looked good.
Kris Allen? Nice voice...BOOOORRRRIIINNNNG. No style. Clueless with audience.
And then there's Adam - he was the star of the show, which was absolutely NO surprise. We had decent floor seats, and a great view, and he didn't disappoint. My favorite was the Bowie medley...love LIFE ON MARS, love FAME and the way he takes off his jacket and makes all those naughty moves - you bad boy Adam, that's what makes you even hotter - and Let's Dance.
One song was weird, though, and that was Starlight. Don't know what happened, but it sounded like a chipmunk and not Adam. I heard him sing it on GMA and loved it, but I don't know if there was a sound board or mic issue, or they played it in the wrong key, but it was weird. When he started singing, we Adam fans all looked at each like "Wha...?????"
Don't care, though - that's what live performances are all about - imperfect and EXCITING.
We tried to find the Meet and Greet, but there was some radio station thing going on, and we couldn't get all the way in. We made it through to the first room pretending we had passes, and then finally they insisted we actually SHOW our passes. Oops
Hey, we tried, it was fun.
I'm let down now - knowing I'll have to wait for his album, and then wait for the solo tour - THAT will be amazing!!
I could not believe how great this concert was. I thought it would be kind of dull until Adam but I was pleasantly surprised.
Some girls next to me were brave enough to ask, and you never saw my hand move so fast, so now I can't wash it. Yes, yes, yes, adamgasm.
Adam of course, was so hot he was smokin!!! Didn't go way up high with his voice, but he was still very powerful. He was giving it 150%!!!!!!
He did sign autographs, and holy crap, I GOT A HANDSHAKE from Adam
I have officially died and gone to heaven!! I've decided I want to be buried with the signed Rolling Stone magazine.
Adam was so nice and cordial with everyone, what a nice rebel. I'm a fan 4 life.
BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I am still in shock. It seems like a dream! Everyone was to nice to be true. Got Adam's signiture on Rolling Stones. Got everyone else's, but Anoop's. He did come out. Everyone was so sweet! Pinch me please, wait never mind. That would be the BEST DREAM OF MY LIFE!
Adam, I've been waiting 2 months for this day to get here. Can't wait for tonight. I'll be the old lady fainting in the 4th row!!! Love ya, you are an incredible shining star, thank you for sharing your talent with us. And keep on being bad on stage, we love it!!!!
Today we get to see ADAM LAMBERT! That is all I can say, otherwise I would get to excited. Love Him...Love Him...Love Him
Can hardly wait to see our Adam! Trying hard to win meet and greet from radio stations, no luck yet! Just hoping that my seats are good enough, will bring binoculars to see him better though. Hoping no loud screamers will be near me, why do people scream during a performance? Don't they realize that they not only make it bad for the people around them, but that they themselves can't hear the performance while screaming?? My seats are on the floor, 23rd row, center. WOW, dreaming of Adam............
Only today, and tomorrow! Yikes. I am really excited. I can't wait. I am getting a little nervous, too. I think Adam is one of the most talented people in the world. Love him to peices. <3
Milwaukee concert is a week from tonight! Can't wait to see Adam and the other 9. Hoping that it won't turn into a Gokey-fest, and lose any attention for our Adam. Does anyone know anything about meet and greets, before or after the show? It seems like Adam has been on medical advice to not do meet and greets to protect his voice. Still hoping to try to meet him......
I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE ADAM!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm sooooooo excited!!!!!!!!!!! but i'm afraid i might pass out!!!!!!!!! LOL i still can't believe im actually going to hear him sing in person!!!!!!!!! It's gonna be like the best day of my life!!!!!!!! I wish i could get his autograph!!!!!!!! any1 know if they r signing autographs at the concert??? Either way i'm like dieing of excitement!!!!!!!!!!!!! I <3 ADAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There is only about a week to go until I get to see Adam. I am EXTREMELY pumped. Love him to peices! <3
Can't wait to see you on the 28th. I'll be there in the 14th row, woo hoo!!
I cannot wait for August 28th. I am really excited. Your voice in person will make my heart STOP! It will be soo beautiiful. It will be by far the highlight of my teen years! It will be so much fun. I cannot wait to see everyone else, too. It will be so rockin'. I am counting down the days, and there are 69 left not including today. Hope they go fast, but hope the 28th goes really slow!
