Absolutely Buckingham Palace "first'. Adam may be an American, but he's got Celtic and European heritage also, as do a good share of U.S.ers. And, with Adam firstly promoting his BTIKM and Trespassing so thoroughly in Europe, including England, I would venture to correctly say that Adam would adore trespassing into Bukingham Palace 'first'. He can do the WH any old time, unless of course, a meeting of the President came with the WH trespass. Then of course, if a meeting of Queen Elizabeth came with BP, he might opt for that first.
