12 T. Butter (1 1/2 Sticks)
2 Boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
2 Cans Yellow Corn (Drained)
2 Cans Cream Corn
16 oz Sour Cream

Preheat oven 350
In large casserole dish, cube butter and melt in microwave oven
Option - Add a little salt if using unsalted butter
Add rest of ingredients by stirring in each thoroughly before adding the next
Level out the top and put in oven uncovered for about 60 to 75 minutes or until center no longer feels sticky to touch and top and edges start to turn golden brown.
This will serve a large group...I cut recipe in half to serve 4 with leftovers.
