Official Site Moderation
As Adam Lambert readies the release of his debut album For Your Entertainment, we are happy to introduce the creation of an Official Site Moderator for the AdamOfficial.com website and community forums. The Official Site Moderator can be reached at RCAMod@adamofficial.com and is made up of a group of individuals who work closely with Adam Lambert and his team to answer questions about the site and make sure community forums are running smoothly. The Official Site Moderator will ALWAYS be logged in under the account RCAMod and will be designated with the RCA Music Group official logo. No other accounts will be used by the Official Site Moderator, so please refer to the account RCAMod whenever questioning the validity of forum responses or site etiquette.

I'd like to purchase this Collector's Edition from Adam's site; however, when I try to do so - at first for an instant a secure site shows up & then is immediately replaced by a NOT secure site.
Will somebody fix this please to make it secure? I won't purchase anything online except on a secure site.

**Please review this thread and find the perpetrators that keep deleting this most all-in-one All about Adam thread, Its informative, promoting, with all Adam links, interviews, upcoming shows, FYE promotions, chart #'s , voting for Adam for AMA etc. **

Thank you. Adam deserves the best, and this site has been a major turn-off.
The forums are out of control. I have seen trolls and haters running amok, and other people visciously attacked by the mob. I never come to the forums anymore; I only come to see what's new on the main page.
Fortunately, I belong to another fan site, where I can discuss all things Adam with friendly, respectful people. But I am concerned about new Adam fans who will see this site as representative of Adam, and am thankful steps are being taken to clean up the site.
I am SO HAPPY to hear there is finally some moderation here! There have been alot of things going on that need your attention. The big problem lately has been people targeting the most popular threads in the forum, & marking them offensive so they will get deleted. PLEASE do something about this big problem! It's sad to see so many great threads deleted! Thank you for your help!
Are the forums ever going to get more user-friendly?
The ability to save/bookmark threads or go back to threads you previously posted in would make having actual conversations much easier. A block/ignore feature would be invaluable as well.
great to hear that upgrades have been made and are being made to the site. private messaging would be a cool thing. maybe now there will be less trolls and hostility
Adam, it's just that everytime you're gone, it seems that everything gets out of hand...It becomes so cold and dark like bad things start to happen. We like it if you can visit sometimes.bring your love..turn the grey into blue!

Great to have some moderation on site.
Couple of questions:
1. Is the Comment on a comment function gonna be activated any time soon? It's such a great function as it enables fans to have conversations about salient points in a thread.
2. Is the Private Messaging function gonna be activated any time soon? It would be great if it was, not only because fans can make and maintain friendships with other fans, but it's also a great moderation tool. When fans feel strongly about a topic they can PM their friends instead of venting on a thread.

I've seen a lot of posts that "deliberately provoke other users" that are
not deleted. Can you tell us how they are chosen? Are some posters
immune from deletion?
About the threads dissappearing, could there be some warning or a reason why those NON OFFENSIVE threads go? Can they be checked out physical and not just by computer? Thanks for reading this..
