I agree that they are not promoting Adams new material well enough. I am embarrassed to find out that the pre-selling of this Album has been in the #6 position for 26 DAYS??? Hello? I'm just learning this is available for pre-sale TODAY! I would have bought it the first day. Did I miss something? I read this newsletter whenever it comes out. I check itunes. I am a fan on Facebook. How did this slip through my radar.
Please, please ... I want t stay on top of this ... I am a busy person, but it's important information for me to know when his stuff is coming out.

Adam, come on, what were your aspirations as a kid? I know my kids' aspirations were surviving a day of kidhood. How brutal was that? Ok, so many kids want to be firemen, rock stars...but you, Adam, are far more than a "rock star." Come on! Get real. You are one of the most talented and hard-working and intelligent individuals I have seen your age in multiple decades. Your gifts are beyond.....rock star???? No! YOU are a shining star in every genre; a voice that is so lovely and presence so ecclectic, ever-changing and growing before your audience's eyes. But you know that, don't you? I sincerely hope you don't stick to just wanting to be a rock star. Look forward to your first album and attempt at showing us one of many and mulitple glimpses of your evolving self and going way beyond being a rock star. You need longevity and breadth to maintain success! Take a breath and maintain your humility and know that in fact, as that song from Idol says, albeit, perhaps trite, there are no boundaries; only hard work, an evolving and humble soul and love for what you do and sharing it. Hey adam!!! I just want to say that my family and myself are huge fans of you. My parents call you the next elvis. You have alot of talent and I was sad when idol was over becuase we wouldn't be hearing you sing any more. You are truley amazing..
To the powers that be-Adam's album could be marketed a lot better. He was number #1 on Amazon for sales of his CD before the announcement of a Deluxe Edition-probably now a lot of people are waiting for the Deluxe one. There should be a lot more information out on what the difference in the CD's will be and when this and his single are coming out.
I have preordered 2 CD's and will get a Deluxe Edition when it comes out-would like to see a lot more info though.

11/02/09 I did wait to pre-order and now that I know what the deluxe edition is, I'm decided to just order the CD from Amazon. I just hope that the album lives up to Adam's immense vocal achievements during the AI competition....I am a big fan....53 years old, raised on rock like T-Rex and David Bowie....best glitter rock album ever in my opinion is the Ziggy Stardust album by David Bowie....today's generation would love it, I'm sure. Maybe Adam can cover a song fron that album like Moonage Daydream someday!

Maybe it will include Tour & TV appearance info & CD signing info & talkshow appearance info in advance & this site would rock if it comes up with a way to sell fans tickets to local concerts(fanclub members with a membership fee annually that is reasonable). as many fansites do & the Artist's sets aside seats to concerts in front that they can buy before the public does. Great for talkshows too!
