I think this is my favorite song - I love the vocals and I really love the "giggle" at the end. It makes me smile every time I hear it.
This is my favorite song. I love the music because it makes me move. I LOVE! the vocals. Your voice sounds so clean and pure and carries the emotion beautifully. You definitely pick me up with this song.
So glad to know I am not alone dancing and singing (also very badly...but who cares, not me 'cause I am soooo into it) in the car. Very glad I have very good alignment as my arms are bopping, waving, thrashing, punching, especially to PICK U UP and the thrill of the bridge...ecstasy! I am breathless with the joy of it all. And Adam makes it easy even at the age of 63. Hope that doesn't disappoint him but its a fact. COUGAR IN THE CAR.

Basically, I agree with Adam about Susan's album, but her album is not why his album didn't sell as well. I can send Susan's album to my mother and friends as a gift. That ratio was 2 by Adam, 7 by Susan. Adam is a catagory niche. I love his singing, arranging, performances, etc. Still can't send an album to anyone else in my family. The suit, the eyeliner, and reditions of songs like "A Change is Gonna Come, Mad World, etc., I could send as gifts. It's just a choice Adam makes. No Problem.
Maybe Adam could arrange some songs for Susan. I can't listen to more serious songs by her. Want some life, joy, variety.
Hope Adam wansn't saying I was an idiot for buying her album...or his.

This song is one of my FAVE songs at your album. First time I listen to it I just thought WOW what a great song..... up tempo and a then at the end this amazing part where you go up at the high notes and then your laugh at the end of the song was the top of this song. Wonderful that it's at the album.

Hi sweetie.. this is my 2nd favorite song from the album. To me it's like Billy Joel and ABBA have a baby.. lol.. The climactic bridge to the chorus towards the end gets me off! The soaring note in the bridge is my favourite moment in the whole album. (although I have many ....moments) And the laugh at the end...Brings me back down to earth. Brilliant to have left it in the song.

I love this song so much, Adam, because from the very first time I listened to the entire song, it just "screamed" 'Queen" to me and I felt so nostalgic for that music again. Pick U Up is so much in the 'Queen' tradition, especially the bridge; from what I know and each time I hear it, I can just see you singing that song in some great outfit centre stage. This has got to be one of the best songs ever. It swings up and down, soars, drops and explodes all in perfect harmony. I love it. Adam, I am trying to be a lady with these comments. When you say you like it when someone swings by your house at 8:00 you make it very difficult to do that. I have tried to get my subconscious to understand that you are gay but reasoning with it has never been very effective. This song is one of my favs from the album. It's a lot of fun to drive to. The enitre album is SO good. Your voice is hypnotic and goes through my whole body. You have an amazing voice and great talent. Smooth and sultry yet upbeat and uplifting. I'm a Huge fan.

I LUUURRVEEE this track (along with the rest of the album to be fair), I am seriously considering the possibility that Adam has gills, cos there's know way a human being could hold that note that high.... and higher again..... for that long without breathing! I can't listen to it without belting along (badly) and grinning like a Cheshire cat!!! Boy can do no wrong. His picture should be in the dictionary under genius. And talent. And sexy. And inspiring. I am trying to watch American Idol. I have been a devoted fan since day one, season one but I can not get into it at all. No one grabs my interest. All I do is sit there and think of Adam. The man has ruined me forever and I am so glad.
