I love every track on FYE album, especially Loaded Smile (stunning) but I loved FYE single from the first time I heard it - it made me want to get up and boogie and still does. Great beat. Personally, I wish you were releasing FYE as your first Australian single because it has such a great energy about it and I think Australian audiences would go for it and you from the outset. They love to dance. Whattaya Want from Me is a great song too but I think the mellower song would have been better as a follow up to FYE as was done in the States - would have liked people here to have got an idea of what an energetic artist you are, then they would fully appreciate your amazing diversity. I'm sure you could have tweaked the performance choreography a little if you were worried about an AMA hangover! Personally I loved the choreography. But I'm sure your record people know what they're doing. Whatever, totally excited about the Australian release. x
Definitely; the song is very risqué, suggestive, etc., but that's all a part of it- the video, especially, is like he's daring you to say, "Watcha gonna do?". I love the song, AND video, it's definitely great to dress up to, to dance to.
This is a very sexy song and I love the video. I watch it all the time and the way you move your eyebrow and that grin total ADAMGASM it makes me crazy but in a very good kind of way. and its a great song to do alot to and i'm lost for words literally when it comes to it, its amazing lol. This is one of favourite songs on the album, I like the beat in the song that sounds like a whip cracking! haha Love the video as well, totally agree about the Fangtasia thing, I read all of the books and watched the show last year and as soon as I saw your video I thought you should be on the show!
It's great that you take track -by- track from your album and talk about the songs, for us, I love that. Have a suggestion, why don't you sing an Elvis song on a show maybe, it would be amazing to hear/see you perform something from the King of Rock'n Roll!

We really do want to hear what you have to say about the tracks on your album. We've never been inside the studio with you, so please help us go there. I'm particularly interested to know how much of this is your voice without help, and what parts got some augmentation, if any. (It's down the line a bit, but I'm particularly curious about Pick U Up. I have my eye on the second hand, and, well, what's the scoop? Can you truly belt it out for that long? I love the ending with the laugh.) I look forward to each addition to this video series. Adam thank you so much for sharing your thoughts about your music with us. It is so very touching that you would do this. It is something I have wanted for so long. In addition to being gorgeous and talented you are highly intelligent and articulate. This allows fans like me to share a part of ourselves with you. I really enjoy listening to, "Music Again." It is a celebration of the feeling of being attracted to someone. The song is upbeat even though the man being sung about is unattainable. So the focus is on the feeling itself, not on where the feeling might lead. That's so cool. I also like the lyric "you make me want to listen to music again." And, of course, Adam you do make me want to listen to music again. Thank you.

...Now that I think about it...it does resemble an episode of True Blood. FYE was done in a blue, black, and green color scheme for the most part but yeah, Adam sitting on the throne-ish chair resembles Eric Northman (Alexander Skarsgård) from True Blood Season 1 Episode 4. The episode Bill takes Sookie to Fangtasia.

OMG! Adam is totally gorgeous! Love him, love him, LOVE HIM!!!! I never travel in the city w/o listening to this. I walk down the street, I'm always singing it, and people always see me groovin' to it. The album, is wonderful. The AMA performance blew me away! Adam's attitude about the performance is the way mine would be. Adam Lambert is just overall AWESOME!

first off: I love the hair
. I love for your entertainment because it's just one of those songs you can dance to, But I got in a HELL of a lot of trouble for it. My dad flipped a sh*t. I had owned the album (and been playing it very loudly) for about two weeks, and I was watching the video on fullscreen with the lights out (movie effect 
) when my dad walked in. he starts lecturing me about how being sexual is TERRIBLE and how touching other people like that is a sin. so I got pissed and screamed "well then how did I get here?!" and left. mistake? I think so.
My mom, however LOVES the song and thinks the video is amazing. wonderful job, and I really hope I get to see it live (tour?). keep it up!
I think the video is fantastic. I love the sensuality of it, and you're right it definately has a True Blood aura. I hope they find a spot for you on the series, you would be fantastic. Your favorite type of blood of course would have to be A POSITIVE....lol

The ONLY letdown with regard to the video is that (after that HELLA hot AMA performance) it wasn't naughtier. And there wasn't more obvious boy-on-boy action. Seriously.
Other than that, the song and video both are fun, hot and sexy. Great for dancing, or making out in dark corners in a fave club. I'm DEFINATELY on the True Blood cameo bandwagon . . . vampires should be provocative and dangerously hot, and Adam's got that vibe DOWN.

I also will always associate this with my 7 year old niece who has an infallible sense of good taste in music (she also loves Lady Gaga). She's a big fan of yours and loves to dance around the living room to this song. And she thinks you're really pretty and loves your black nail polish!

Adam Lambert, you are amazing! You are/forever will be the biggest and most talented idol out there. This song is my second favorite, (if i had you being the 1st) but it is appropriate for every time of day, no matter what. I wake up to this song in the morning, play if not all, then part of it during the day, and then again when I get home. This song just makes you feel, like you said : "sexy and risque". It can really bring up your mood and make you feel very good about yourself. Also, this is an AMAZING song in general, your vocals are unforgettable and out of this world, by far you have the best range of vocals I have ever heard! You are such an inspiration. I played this song when getting ready to go out with friends, or even before a school dance, it fits anywhere. PLEASE go on tour soon!! (make sure you stop by chicago)

I think the True Blood idea is perfect, the video definitely has that Big Easy vibe to it. Hopefully we'll be seeing it happen on the show!!! This is making me remember my first ever hearing of FYE. I squealed I was so knocked over by it, and then again when I saw the video the first time. Thought an angel swept me off my feet? You bet!!!
Oh man--Adam's eyes just pop! They're so pretty. But yeah I love listening to "For Your Entertainment" and "If I Had You" as I'm getting dressed to go out, they are such fun to dance along to! He's spot on with the way the song was planned. My greatest wish is for every club to play them and then I can just sing and dance along all day and night! I have a question though about "For Your Entertainment"--was it ever released on the radio? The video was obviously played on VH1 and what-not, but I was disappointed never to hear it on the radio if it was indeed Adam's first single. Gaga is playing nonstop with nearly all her singles still on, and granted Adam's album has only been released since November, but I was just curious whether or not FYE was supposed to be aired often on the radio...and how we can get it back if it was.
The title track has to be my favorite song on the album, and the video is total eye candy...don't even get me started on that smirk of his!
I've been a fan of "True Blood" since it first premiered ("is there blood in my hair?" ~ Eric is absolutely fabulous), and I would have to say that Adam would fit in nicely as a vamp - or perhaps a romantic interest for Lafayette? I vote for both...
