Thanks Caz for sharing this wonderful speech with us. It brought tears to my eyes. One, because the Lamberts are a wonderfully accepting family and two because my daughter came out to us last November.

Believe me when I tell you that it is not a perfectly normal or easy thing to hear, but the first thing we said to her after " we'll still get grandchildren won't we??" was that we love her and accept her.

I've really been amazed how accepting her high school and college friends have been. Her generation doesn't attach the stigma to homosexuality as previous generations have.

The Lamberts are a great role model!
