Turning Stone Casino!
I am so excited to think Adam might be as close as my backyard!
This casino is awesome and easy to get to from I-90. I honestly believe Adam would be a sell-out concert here! Show the Turning Stone Casino we want to see this happen soon! It is beautiful in Verona,NY. It would more reasonable for overnight stays. I will keep everyone posted on any news I get. I keep contacting them and working on this. I think Adam will go where there are the most fans to fill the concert. So Please if you are nearby SHOW YOUR SUPPORT FOR TURNING STONE!!!
I have this incredible vision of Adam in the Native American style with another EPIC series of Acoustic numbers like Whole Lotta Luv!!! I dream about it.
Like so many others I cannot get to NYC. This would be possible and make my long awaited dreams come true.

Turning Stone Casino Date? ---- Adam Lambert and the Glam Nation Tour. Please!
I want Adam to come to Turning Stone Casino! I know there are a few more who would definitely buy tickets. To get this to happen we need hundreds of fans saying they will be there. If that doesn't happen I doubt the mgt. for Adam will call this "a wrap." Other upstate areas to consider are Times Union Center where AI is coming again, does every year, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Several county fairs, the NYS fair, Altamont Fair, and Proctors Theater in Albany and Schenectady. Albany Proctors already said they were trying to get Adam there. That is a small one-so tickets would be gone in a flash!

@cusegirl...to answer your question .. NO..I did NOT get tix to Nokia or any of the other cities/venues that I tried on pre-sale Wednesday(s)..how can everything be sold out within 5 minutes is beyond my comprehension. I now see Philly is up, and since I have a cousin who lives there, have begun hoping/praying that I can get 2 tix pre-sale for this event..the venue seats 3100, and all I need is 2. c'mon you scalpers out there .. give us fans a break will y'a?

@cuesgirl. The chat site I was referring to can be looked up through search engines. Once you find it ---download the FREE version.
I am not sure.... but I think you can create your own rooms-but if not you can just join a room in the music section and get chattin. There are fans of Adams' there already, I've asked. Some don't even know who he is yet. They will.
I just want some way to connect and make a splash for the biggest NorthEast concert possible. I know if I get the numbers up Adam will be able to book one nearby. It is about numbers/ money, because it is a huge deal for Adam. He puts on a wild west show- only music style. He needs to know it will work out okay financially. He is so beautiful!

@cuesgirl-- You and everyone else is welcome to support a fan group in the Eastern/Central NY region. I hope that it will be large enough to warrent a full fledged Glam Nation Concert. I am thinking of getting together on a program called Paltalk-any interest?
@Adamsmeow.. This sounds like fun! I would love to join a fan group that loves Adam! I have been a member here a year now and I love this place. I try and come here every day and get my Adam fix. I don't now anyone who shares my passion for Adam, I'm all alone here! I love this place because we all adore this amazing, sexy, talented singer! ...I personally think it's a good idea to get to know others online first then maybe plan a gettogerther. I'm pretty shy so for me it might be a little uncomfortable. Anyway, i'll check in later! By the way my name is AMY!

Today.. I talked to a fan in my area. She is excited about Adam and his tour. She is a fan on this site and others. She follows Adam's career and supports his music--- buying up CDs and even promoting it in the store she works in. Let's form a FAN GROUP here. I would be happy to get it started. I can't do it alone. By the way, if you put age, sex, race, orientation, economics, or any other dividing preferences on your interest.. this won't happen. Like Adam, let's put all those silly things aside and join forces. I'm ready! (For the sake of space I didn't mention all areas .. Saratoga, and others. This is for upstate NY area and anyone else willing to support a Glam Nation date locally. We can meet at a restaurant and plan this event or do so on-line at first. Suggetions please!

What about Darien Lake???? That would draw QUITE a crowd, sure it is standing room only and you probably wouldn't get very close.. but it is still quite a concert
I hope the Glam Nation tour comes to a city near me.. I do like the Turning Stone, beautiful place and set close to the major highways. Today.. I googled Glam Nation Tour Albany, NY and it came up with the American Idol show, with just you--- you --- you Adam and your incredible songs-Whole Lotta Love, Starlight, and the David Bowe Medley. I sat there going wild .. by my lonesome self, as I drooled over the massive production .. with smoke , bangs-booms,,,, and light shows. I watched you again.. have done so soooo many times.. Adam,, as you mesmerize the entire HUGE arena at the Times Union Center. When you came out the crowd went wild and when you began to descend into the floor they moaned out in sad and hungry.. pangs for more...
Please Adam,,, give Albany, Verona, or somewhere up here in the Capital of Albany NY.. your Starlight again!!! We need you!!! It is so weird that now you are an International Icon,, yet to see you there with the costume.. rag edged leather pants and coat tails.. and gestures of how much you LOVE YOUR FANs. when I think of all the interviews I have watched you do.. all the fabulous shows I have youtubed to see you perform.. And yet.. I feel we are connected to you in some kinship way.. all of us.. Funny but you have this way of making us all feel like your family. Is it any wonder...
If I don't hear something from this venue soon...... I'm shifting my hopes to Albany Times Union Center or even Proctors. I talked to them.. Proctors and they were thrilled that anyone might even consider it. They knew and were excited about Adam's Tour. It is small..cozy.. Hmmmm.. Pictures galore and who knows... maybe a night out in Albany with Adam??? Possible?

hey cusegirl...thanks for the heads up re: another show added in NYC/Nokia...I've been on my 'puter for last half hour trying to get through, then decided to call Ticketmaster direct .. and got a msg. "NO TICKETS AVAILABLE"...what the ....??? Just plain sucks! Sandy C., Syracuse
cusegirl, if you go to adam discussions there is info on how to check whether or not you are subscribed to fan mail. You have to go to your profile and subscribe. I hope this helps. I also hope Adam comes to Turning Stone, I am only about one hour away. It would be so cool.
Holy crap i hope this happens. He just booked another night in NYC!! Can you believe it! We desperately want him to come here, why does NYC always get him!!! It's pissing me off! ...I have another issue, have been a member here since day one and I have never recieved any Emails or anything about presale tickets. Does anyone know why this is happening and what i need to do to correct this. I signed up for all the emails and newsletters. I would hate to miss out on great seats if this ever really does happen!

I'm yet another Syracusan to join the cause for Adam Lambert/Turning Stone. I wasted most of my day yesterday trying to log into Ticketmaster with the code starting at 10 a.m. for 2 tix to Nokia..extremely disappointed and a total waste of time. I'm hoping and praying for Turning Stone..keep hounding them! I'll keep checking back..many thanks..

Talked to Turning Stone again. I was informed that they are getting a lot of calls from fans wanting Adam's concert there. Maybe my promoting Adam there and here has helped increase the calls. Yeahooo!!!!
The box office is hoping to book his tour soon.
They are trying very hard and will post the news to the site as soon as they have confirmed his shows. This really sounded promising to me!
Something they did not say before- that made me realize something has to be in the works--- they said---- as a fan of Adam Official, I'd be notified before the general public. I am the one that sent the first link to this site to Turning Stone, I believe. Way back when.. lol
They could have just guessed about this information, but by the voice, I think it was feedback. Hoping I am correct.

DUDE if Adam comes up here I think I'll die. Sadly I've never seen him in concert before and this is SO CLOSE there's no way I wouldn't be going. Thanks for keeping us updated on this, I really hope he comes! I don't see why not, huge stars come there all the time! Adam deserves to be one of them.
I've talked to the talent manager at the Turning Stone. She indicated that Adam's management team has not gotten back to confirm or turn away the possibility for Adam to perform at the Casino. As you can see here in the link several acts have been added and this years schedule is now filling up fast. It was totally open when I first began this request. Last time I heard from anyone here-there was a job prospect and much interest in Adam touring to Turning Stone @ Verona, NY. I still would like to see this happen. Anyone else?
Start a revolution there... tell them we need Adam to come and perform there. We need our upstate Adamfix. We need it to be up close and cozy. The thought of it.. being anything nearly as beautiful as Fantasy Springs makes my heart race. It would be so awesome to have a native american theme. OMG lovin my thoughts...

YES! I have my second interview tomorrow morning @ the Turning Stone Casino for ticket agent. Don't know why I'm doing this other than want to be first for Adam concert tickets when he comes here. Did my "pastel" nail manicure and will have my hair teased to the heavens (closer to God). Must have dangly hoop earrings and fresh smacking gum. Have to look the part. Will boosti my breasties and blacken my eyelashes. Any other suggestions for the "ticket agent" look? This is my "call back" you know?

Interviewed with Helen today. She tried to sell me on a nursing position since I'm a RN. Told her I was ready for change. Interview took twice as long as she had previously stated. Tickets are discounted 50% for employees for the shows. May consider a different position.

Yea! I just heard from Helen @ Turning Stone and I have an interview @ 9:00 a.m. This is a part-time job that pays $8.50 per hour!. It'll cost me more to drive there and back.
She spoke to me as though I already had the job. She said a "perk" of the occupation was "discounted tickets" to the shows. If she could see my grin through the phone! I just want front row tickets to see Adam (with my friends) when he comes to Turning Stone. In the mean time, I'll have to settle for, "The Fray".

Just did a "Crazy Obsessed Fan" thingy. I was surfing Turning Stone's web site and clicked on "employment". I applied to become a ticket agent (part time of course)! My reasoning is that I will have first shot at tickets when Adam comes to Turning Stone! What a long shot. I've NEVA thought of someone so often and followed their every move. This is true Adam obsession.
This would be a marvelous idea. It is a 45 min drive for me and would love to stay at the hotel for the night of his performance. He is the best performer I've seen.
As I thought before, I think this would be a super charged event. I would only hope for something as Starstruck as FS. That looked amazing!!!
If Adam came here it would be my very first time seeing him.
I called again and talked to my contact there. She told me that there is nothing yet-to keep checking on the site for updates or call her. I sent her some clips from FS and other things raving about Adam and his crowd draw. So, maybe if I just keep bugging ...politely-she will do so also and get their attention. I am as determined as I have ever been for this!
He loves NY so I can't see why he would not want to tour here, even in these early stages. This is when I prefer to see him too!! He is still exploring his talents-and surprises are just coming out of this guy!! Don't you think?
Loved his clothes, his look, true to the Casino Native Attire! He made me think of the local Native American Dance Performance we have once a year here. They wear lots of color and feathers, fancy dress.
