The last time I contacted them, and asked them "When is this order going to ship?", their response was a vague, meaningless, "your order is being processed".

I pre-ordered on November 22, and my current status is "Pre-ordered. Sold Out"

They state that "Once your product has shipped, this [Status] link will also
be updated to display your tracking number."

Nope, there is no tracking number in my Status.

RCA's "the Acoustic Live! CDs have shipped" tweet was apparently false.

Anyway, I tried contacting them again, but haven't heard back from them yet.

If you go directly to Sony you can't leave a message, but if you click on the link in RCAEd's message there is a form to fill out to check on your order.

The sony music site simply loops back to Adam's Store. How do we find out the status of our order as there isn't any way to leave a message as suggested by RCA Ed. Does anyone know how to leave an inquiry?
