When ever I feel stress out or just sad I listen to Adam Lambert music because his voice makes me happy and wanna dance!! Thanks you Adam. Does Adam help you too?

Adam's music is weaved in my life with my every mood.
Adams music does help me get through the rough times. Doesn't if feel like there is a song for whatever you are feeling? I truely admire Adams spirit and positive views, he has given me the confidence to start digging my way out of a very dark place.

Adam has helped me so very much. The sound of his voice immediately puts me in such a happy frame of mind. I can't survive without hearing him sing. I absolutely need to hear him and when I do than I feel content. It's weird but sometimes I think that I'd be so depressed without him. I love him so!!!
Watching him on Youtube is the best antidepressant ever. I look forward to several hours at the end of each day to spend with him that way and it keeps life worth living, has for three years. I wonder if he has any idea how much he has helped some of us and how he would feel if he knew?
I could practically write a book on the way Adam's music has helped me - especially back in 2010. I think Adam, his music and his concerts are the only things that got me through that year without falling into a deep dark place. I encountered one tragedy or traumatic experience after another that year and having Adam to look forward to and Adam to listen to kept me afloat until I got to the other side and things got brighter again.
Oh, yes, definitely! I just listen to that awesome voice and it always puts me in a better mood! I've hardly listened to any other artist in my car for the past three plus years...When I get out of work, in goes an Adam c.d., whether it's T, FYE, Glam Nation Live, the Idol Studio Versions, pre-Idol Adam...it's all great!
