WALLPAPERS BY ESSELL Over 800 made :)
I have made over 750 Adam Lambert wallpapers and more to come...
All content is for personal use only! No for money making!
All rights belongs to Adam Lambert and those great photographers.
This is my way to show how much I adore Adam Lambert and his amazing voice. My happiness comes from sharing these with my fellow Adam fans. Just for fun! 
Here's little help if somebody needs it:
choose your screen resolution before you download a wallpaper..
You can check your screen resolution this way;
Go middle of your screen on a desktop, right click there.. choose the properties and in next window choose the settings, there you can see something like 1280x1024, or 1600x1200 or 1680x1050.
Those are the sizes what my wallpapers are. If your screen rezolution is 1024x768 you can take 1600x1200 but you have to choose fit to background insteed fill...
(Asked many times, so I hope this helps)

- I browsed through Fan Art Gallery here and I saw plenty of FanArt with exactly same pics what I have used and there wasn't any credits to photographers... I just wondering what makes the difference? Why I am the "bad guy" and they are okay?

Legal issues concerning the use of photographs by essell are between essell and the photographers of the material she uses on her site. Allowing her links here is not a statement of legality. She publishes them on her own site, not here on AO, so AO is neither condoning nor condemning them by allowing her links here any more than when members link to any outside site publishing photographs.
Essell, just saw your tweet. Love your work............always have and you have been beyond generous to take the time to share with other fans with absolutely no compensation. It has always been just for fun.

@essell To me, your wallies are at first a tribute to Adam. Second, they are a tribute to the wonderfully talented photographers. It's beautiful fan art. I've used one or two in the past on my labtop, but mostly I go to your site to view them as I would go to an art gallery. Great work!

I was kinda hard way under RCA's eyes january 2010, when they thought I was selling calendars (made with my wallpapers) in a webstore, what I didn't. I was even on "a pillory" about month, on the front page...
There is people who sell "selfmade" Adam stuff and stealing others art work, photographs and fan art to get profit. I have fight against those many times, but that is hopeless
I don't even go to any web stores any more (ebay and others) because I get myself in a huge rage when I see those stuff!
I don't sell anything and I never will. If you see something where they have used my wallies, please report! And if you don't want to do that b/c of me, do it for Adam and all those great photographers, specially for LeeCherry.
I just want to make people happy with these wallpapers! I will do them anyway because I love it and it's my dearest hobby

Unless you have doubts in their abilities to moderate properly. I don't, because I'm sure if essell was doing something wrong, they would have asked her to stop or poofed this thread by now.

@vegi Hi! I do not get any benefit from these to myself! That's the main thing! I make those just for fun! Ain't this place also full of fan art?
It's same if I share links or putting those pics to my twitter page.. most of the people share those pics without any credits to photographer. I always add photographers name on them and homepage address if there is one. Have you seen photographers homepage links in other fan art?
I asked from Adam year ago when I met him, what he thinks LeeCherry thinks about fans using his pics to fan art, and Adam said "He thinks it's cool"
I like to think I same time promote the photographer too. I have email address on my wallpaper page, so there is easy way to photographer to ask me to take wallpaper away from page, if they think that makes somekind of harm to them!
And when I use fan's pics, I have asked from EVERY fan a permission.
I am also under RCA's eyes, and they know I don't get anykind of profit from anything! This is just fan art!
@violetroses, why wouldn't it be an issue? people talk all the time about not illegally downloading Adam's music.. why would it be ok to use photographers' images without their consent? It's copyright infringement. Photographers have rights like any other artist. We don't get to decide which laws are ok to break and which rights are ok to infringe upon. You can't use people's creative works without appropriate permissions and compensation.

@vegi: I don't think it's much of an issue as long as she gives credit where the pics came from, which she does, every time from what I have seen.
