Hmmmmm well that explains why all the snippets from the tracks I listened to sounded sooo familiar. I am happy Adam got to work with such talented people and they with him, but I think perhaps I got Adam all wrong. I loved the passion and originality of his performances on Idol. It seems, however that his tastes in music were not really showcased on that show. I still love his voice, and his attitude, but I wonder if I did not really love the charectors he protrayed in each genre of music on the show. He is an actor as well as a singer. But I'm beginning to wonder if he isn't the original musician I first thought he might be. I do wish him the very best. I am sure this album will be a huge success. I am not sure I am going to like it that much. Guess I will have to just wait and see...oh and I look forward to reading what Rolling Stone has to say about it as well. The hype has been great.
