sorry i didn't pop in yesterday, i didn't get home from my work meeting until almost 1am (new boss dude is awesome) The 2.5 hr drive home was kinda dicey as there was a torrential downpour and when trucks passed me i couldn't see a thing. IDK how i even stayed on the highway. drank 4 coffees on the way home & ate a burger. tummy was a mess yesterday & i had to work for Rob at 7am, Had an appt with Dr Fudge at 1pm and he told me to go home and sleep. he didn't have my MRI results & said that the neurologist wanted to discuss them with me and that another test is being ordered. been having daily headaches since the MRI was done and TBH i physically feel like crap. whatever, you just gotta keep going huh?

Hey to @karena and @addicted and everybody! I'm glad your husband found your copy of Glam Nation @addicted. I didn't buy mine until recently since I was focusing on surfing through all the youtube videos but I'm glad I finally got a copy. Adam looks handsome on a motor cycle.......... I kinda think he resembles Elvis in that picture too because of how he's holding his mouth. With boosted sales of Trespassing because of Idol, hopefully that will be a sign that album three will come out with a bang. Hopefully, he will go on a big tour like Glam Nation in the future.

@ame29, I guess we can be run a way trains together. I'm normally shy in real life though until I feel more comfortable around you, then my goofy side comes out. The way you feel about Stay is how I've become about Aftermath. Whenever I try to listen to him perform it live, I always feel like crying when he goes 'so all we feel is love' and hits that beautiful high note.

On another note, Adam is going to be a guest during KTuphoria, which is neat since it's part of Pitbull and Kesha's joint tour and Adam went on a date with her before. Tommy Joe Ratliff even tweeted #happybirthdaytrespassing when it trended.

The way he sings it.. is just so touching.. And to be honest, I haven't listened to Rihanna's version in full at all cause I always switch it off.. As I tend to compare it to Adam's version.. Adam does tend to make it so that once I listen to Adam's cover of a song, I can't listen to the original without preferring Adam's version..

I'm here to catch up, but first I think there's something I need to remind everyone. This is primarily a voting thread. A little history: When AO started the Voodoo Voting Lounge, we were the ONLY voting thread allowed to stay in Adam Discussion. I don't think I have to tell anyone how important that is. When voting threads were no longer allowed in AD, it became increasingly harder to keep Adam on top of the polls - out of sight, out of mind. I DO NOT want to run the risk of having the mods move us to the VVL....our visibility on AD is important!

That being said, we are also a community...not a clique, but a community - where everyone is welcome (any lurkers out there, come on out and join us!). And we are not just here for Adam, but for each other as well. This thread is a source of comfort and support for many of us....and for some a "safe place" or a way to escape real life.<3 We can talk about things other than Adam and voting, BUT we need to have a balance and I feel like we've been getting away from that lately.

@Ame29, I'm kinda similar too. I've caught myself looking at pictures of other women with Adam online and feel miffed that I haven't met him yet. As for the kissing, I've only seen one picture of him and Drake and a few of him with Brad Bell, but him and Brad dated before he was on Idol. I think his modesty is heartwarming though, but I still love watching videos of him dirty dancing on stage. As for Kesha, I've started to feel similarly about Rihanna; I mean I like listening to her albums Loud and Rated R but I catch myself thinking of Adam when Stay comes on the radio.

@yeahmyyeah, you're lucky that you've seen Adam in concert and have glambert get togethers.
