I don't think there will ever be another American Idol show like this one has been. The top 13 were all so good but there is only one that really stood out to be more then just a Star* and that's why I am on your site. My brother Bill & myself (T.J.) are both musicians and are getting close to finishing the writing of our first rock musical (Site G2). Getting it to the stage will be another thing. I am also writing the screenplay for it. Our website: Allen BroDuctions will be online in November but enough about us. When I first tuned in too AI you were performing Satisfaction. That was it for me. I new instantly like I'm sure almost every true Adam Lambert fan did,that this one is different, there is truly something special here and the list of things going through our minds, (Hopefully all positive) was staggering. Adam if you get a chance to read this or visit our site and leave a message I will be totally flattered. Now here's something funny. My friend Dave who was also our guitarist in a band named Adonis in the mid 80's had also played in a band with Danny Gokey's dad. We'll I thought wouldn't it be cool to get Danny to sing Happy Birthday to my wife on her 50th Birthday. Well, when I called Dave to see what the possibilities were, the conversation went something like this....
Ring... Ring..."Hello." "Hey Dave it's me T.J." "Holy bleep! You're calling me." "Yeah we'll I didn't want to be one of those people who only calls someone when they need something." (To his wife who is in the car with him) "Hey Lydia, it's T.J." "He's calling because he needs something. What do yo need?" (There is laughter going on between all three of us) "Well Judy has her 50th Birthday on Saturday and I was wondering what the chances of you asking Danny Gokey to sing Happy Birthday to her would be." (Now as this whole comedy is going on and nothing against Danny. We think he's great but I always wanted Adam to do it.) "I'm not sure but I just talked to Carl a few days ago and he said Danny was in New York. Do you want me to get his dad to sing?" (Big Laughter) "No I don't think that would have the same type of impact." Well that conversation ended not to long after that and I promised him I wouldn't wait so long to call him to just say hello or what's been going on. I suppose the main thing I'm getting at with all of this, is how things change for people. I really believe that God has given us all types of gifts, and a gift isn't a gift until it is opened, studied and used for what it was meant for. Adam opened his at a young age. He then studied and used that gift over end over until it had reached the potential for which it was given. He then shared it with us. "Adam thanks so much! Music is the Universal language but the language has seemed not as strong for a while. You translate it in a way that makes us listen, learn and open up. Hope to meet you some day.

I am beginning to suspect yes. And if so, I think it's time we cooled out on him. Here's why -
I was at the LA show with a girlfriend in very noticeable blue glowstick outfits. Not just a one stick, but woven into these crazy wigs we made and multiple pieces of jewelry and on our clothes. So - we were pretty visible. And when Danny was on we both made a point to stand up and rock out with him, if for no other reason than nobody else was standing up and we could show off a bit. Well, Danny clearly did see us, and in fact looked at us somewhat nervously - 3 times! My friend said she thought he was afraid we would throw something at him and not a friendly underwear garment either.
Now I see him in a pink shirt. Pink? What are the chances that a man who felt comfortable embarrassing Adam with some gay bashing moves would own and publicly wear for photos a pink t-shirt? Zero. He must be terrified!
Folks - I think it's great he learned a lesson on this, but we are not terrorists. For those of you who are ready - let's let him know we forgive him. And as long as he repents from gay-bashing or hating in the future, he need not fear anything from all of us. I'm sure he has had to examine his own beliefs quite intensely over this - and if he is sending out the message via pink shirt that he was wrong, then let's be gracious and accept his apology as Adam already has.

I will start by saying you look great in everything you wear! I have been a big Idol fan from the 1st season. There is not a single singer who could match up to you. I swore off American Idol after they announced Kris Allen (whom I have yet to even hear on the radion or anything about him on the internet) but I noticed you were very happy where you were and I knew that you would always be successful no matter what. I love your voice and cant wait till your first cd. I will always follow you and wish you lots of luck, love and blessings. amesqu, I totally agree with you! I don't have any problem with homosexuality (live your life how you want to) and don't think musicians should because of their sexuality. Judge them on their music! Let them keep their private lives private.
