Hey Adam Fans,

As part of the transition to a new moderation system, we have set up this thread as the official place to contact the Adam Official Web Crew. Who is the AO Web Crew? We are a small team of RCA/Sony employees and one volunteer moderator (RCAFlashMod) tasked with making sure that the major communities in the RCA world are running smoothly and yes, we work with RCA Ed.

Regarding Concert Ticket Reselling On AO

While re-selling tickets on AO is generally not encouraged (that's what eBay is for), we understand that many of you are honestly engaged in exchanging with other fans who couldn't obtain tickets for fair prices, based on whether they were bought at face value or marked up elsewhere. Please keep this in mind, however, since any reselling that is deemed to be made for personal profit is likely to be erased when found, and those that posted it blocked.

How to make sure you are susbcribed to the Adam Official email newsletter

If you've registered for an account on Adam Official but have not received our email newsletter, you need to edit your account's SUBSCRIPTIONS section as follows.

1. Go to your AO account page by clicking on your profile icon/image OR your name as seen near the top right side of the site where it says 'welcome ______'

2. Click on the SUBSCRIPTIONS option in your user menu (if you see 2 SUBSCRIPTIONS options, follow the steps below for both of them - this is a bug affecting some internet browsers that we are working to fix).read more »
