My sister, nephew and I traveled to the shooting star casino in mahnomen, the trip must've taken us about 5 hours including the border crossing. We arrived at the casino early afternoon I believe. We had to wait around for the rest of our entourage, they had the rooms booked under their names. My brothers had a gig on the white earth reservation, so we lucked out and we were able to bunk in with them and not have to pay for it. read more »
