Why not?

I grew up listening to the likes of Queen and David Bowie (I probably knew more of their songs than any mainstream artists).
When I first saw Adam, it was his audition. When he sang Bohemian Rhapsody (one of the best songs ever) I was in raptures. He did it so well, I made a mental note to keep my eyes on him. The next song I saw him sing was Satisfaction. Next thing I knew, I was hooked. I'd watch American Idol religiously every single week.
To fill in the long, empty six days that I had to wait, I would Google Adam for hours on end (which resulted in getting behind in homework. I would watch interviews, read articles, and chat with others about him. I eventually discovered that, as well as the incredible voice, he was also just plain incredible. The nicest person I'd ever stumbled across.
I started out as a crazy fan-girl with a crush, now I have nothing but the deepest respect for him.
