I'm a fan (and you should be too) because Adam is the most talented, interesting singer American Idol has EVER seen in the HISTORY of American Idol. his vocals are IMMACULATE, and the notes this guy can hit is UNBELIEVEABLE! he's like led zeppelin, steven tyler, and freddie mercury MIXED INTO ONE! he is drop dead GORGEOUS (especially in striped pants..), and is soo kind, gentle, humble, and gracious towards his fans. he has a positive outlook on life, and doesn't care what people think. he's taken soo many risks, and has proven that he has deserved all the attention and praise that he has been getting. he took everyone by surprise, and just blowed them away. i think at the beginning of the competition, nobody really thought this season would be that interesting, until adam lambert walked into the audition room. he changed american idol FOREVER. when he performs, he leaves you wanting more. he's an inspiration for the people who think that they are different, or maybe they don't quite fit in with everyone else. adam shows us that it's OK to be different, and it's OK to be who you are! lots of people believe that adam lost (tears), because some people don't except him for who he is, or think he's too weird, or don't "agree with his lifestyle" (blah blah blah). as much as all that is part of it, i think one of the other reasons he didn't win is cause he is TOO GOOD FOR THIS SHOW! he's already being chased down by paparazzi, he's a house hold name, and it has even been said that "American Idol is Adam Lambert's show", and that he "singlehandedly saved the whole American Idol franchise, win or no win". he clearly is going to be BIGGER than any of the other previous Idol contestants, and possibly bigger than the SHOW itself. he OWNS the american idol stage with the wondeful performances he has done. he is loved all over the world, and i think that he will be an international sensation. i hope that adam goes on to prove that he didn't need the title of American Idol to be successful, because he can do sooo much better not winning the show than he could winning it. if he won Idol, he would be stuck with Kara's awful song, and be forced to sing cheesy pop songs, be controlled by his contract, and not be who he truly is. even though he didn't win, he's still going to get a recording contract, and many many endorsment deals, and he'll be able to do any music he wants. he'll come out with soo many number 1 hit albums and songs, we won't even be able to comprehend what just hit us. no matter what, adam lambert will always be the best thing that has ever happened to the show. He will be a star, a diamond in the rough, and an inspiration to people of all ages all across America, and that's why i'm a fan, and you should be too
