Don't skip meals b/c then your metabolism slows down to compensate. You can verify this with any nutritionist. Just eat chicken, fish and tofu, wasabi w/ginger, veggies in addition to just greens and 4 or 5 fruits a day. And a little rice or bread. And drink at least 3/4 gallon of water..and eat stuff you like only 1/2 the amount (or less) b/c if you cut out everything you like, it's way harsh and won't last. And ANYWAY....I agree with others here, to us you are fine as you are, we don't want a 6'1" gaunt, emaciated bag of bones as our Idol and we love you just as you are.read more »
