My sweet, beautiful boy Jack ….the long fight with diabetes took its toll on him, and his heart and kidneys started to fail him, the fluid causing him to struggle to breathe. His body went from a solid, healthy 14 lbs to a thin 7 lbs, and he was almost too weak to climb the stairs.
