I'm a fan (and you should be too) because I really enjoyed his performances on Idol. He is handsome, genuine, and not afraid to be who he is. Most of all, his voice is absolutely beautiful - WITHOUT the help of AutoTune or anything similar. My mom and I both like him, so he's something we bond over. Lastly, he has made me more aware and caring of gay rights than ever before.
